We are sorry you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order for items that have been unworn for store credit. All items must be in original packaging. You cannot return any item that is worn, washed, altered in any way. This includes smell. All items must be returned in their original condition.

All returns MUST be postmarked within 7days of delivery. For example, an item delivered June 1st 2021 must be submitted to the shipping carrier by June 8th 2021. We do not provide return shipping labels at this time.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will send you store credit once the items have been received and satisfied good condition to the original email used to place the order.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Please note we cannot assume responsibility for items lost by the shipping carrier. You will need to refer to the carrier and place an appropriate claim. We cannot assume responsibilities for stolen items once the item has been delivered. We will however provide all necessary information and assist you in any way our small business can.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please send an email within 24hrs of receipt of damaged or wrong goods to adetejuave@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

REFUND OF SALE ITEMS

All Items on sale/clearance are considered FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All gift-card orders are considered final.
